Uncommon Chivalry painting reproduction is offered as a 24" x 18" poster in collaboration with artist, David Hammond.

David Hammond illustrates Republic P-47D pilot Major Bill Dunham flying in a circle above a Japanese aircraft he had just downed over the Philippine Sea in December 1944. In the artwork, Dunham is depicted throwing his lifejacket to the Nakajima Ki.43 "Oscar" pilot, who is struggling in the water below.

David Hammond is an internationally known aviation artist. His aviation artwork has been featured for a number of years adorning "Chandelle" fine wine labels. His work has been published in Aviation History, May 2008 edition, and in the Canadian Airforce Revue, Spring 2009. David's paintings are displayed in the Seattle Museum of Flight and the Pembroke Dock Sutherland Trust Museum in Wales, UK. His oils, watercolors, and drawings hang in homes across England, Australia, the United States, and Saudi Arabia.
